ELECTIONS & LICENSING
The Elections & Licensing Department is located in the City Hall at 522 1st Avenue. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
All general laws of the State of Minnesota relating to elections apply to and govern all City elections.
The City of Two Harbors holds regular elections every two years to fill expired City Council terms.
A combined polling place for all City of Two Harbors residents is located at the Community Building, 417 South Avenue. Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.
The City has licensing requirements for the sale of liquor, wine, beer and cigarettes. Club and massage licenses are also required by the City of Two Harbors.
